Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibe2Scribe platform and website operated by Vibe2Scribe ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2. Platform Usage

Vibe2Scribe provides a business management platform that includes CRM, invoicing, scheduling, storefront, website builder, and other tools. Your subscription includes access to all modules and features.

You may use the platform for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

3. Pricing and Payment

The Vibe2Scribe platform is offered at $13 per month, which includes all modules, all page types, and unlimited users. There are no per-user or per-seat fees.

Additional pay-for-use services (AI credits, OCR, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, payment processing) are billed based on usage at published rates.

Self-hosting licenses are available at the same $13/month price.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a $5 credit for AI and pay-for-use services. There is no time limit on the trial. If your account becomes inactive, we will send reminders before archiving your data. Archived accounts can be reactivated at any time.

5. Your Data

You own your data. All business data you enter into the platform belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON). We provide tools to make data portability straightforward.

We will not sell, share, or monetize your business data. Your data is used only to provide the service to you.

6. AI Features

Our platform includes AI-powered features that help you manage your business. When using AI features:

• Your prompts and business context are sent to AI providers (Anthropic) to generate responses
• AI responses are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and acting on them
• AI providers do not use your data to train their models
• AI usage consumes credits from your account balance

7. Communication Services

Our platform may include SMS, voice, and email communication features powered by third-party providers (Twilio, Postmark). When using these features:

• You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations
• You will obtain proper consent before sending messages to your contacts
• You will not use these services for spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
• Message and voice usage is billed at published pay-for-use rates

8. Browser Extension (Reach by V2S)

Reach is an optional Chrome browser extension that enables your Vibe2Scribe platform to interact with external websites on your behalf. It operates within your browser using your existing login sessions on those sites.

Your Responsibilities. By installing and using the Reach extension, you agree to:

• Use the extension only with websites and accounts you are authorized to access
• Comply with the terms of service of every third-party website Reach interacts with
• Not use Reach to scrape, harvest, or extract data in violation of any website's terms
• Not use Reach to automate actions that violate any applicable law or regulation
• Review and verify any data or actions performed by the extension before relying on them

Third-Party Websites. Reach interacts with websites operated by third parties. Vibe2Scribe:

• Is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party website
• Does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party websites
• Is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of Reach on third-party websites, including but not limited to: account suspension, data loss, service interruption, or violation of that site's terms of service
• Cannot control changes third parties make to their websites that may affect Reach functionality

No Warranty. The Reach extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Vibe2Scribe does not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites or browser versions.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe2Scribe, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Reach in violation of any third-party terms of service or applicable law.

Google Disclaimer. The Reach extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Google, as the store operator, bears no responsibility for the extension's functionality, data practices, or any consequences of its use. If you believe the extension violates any Google policy, contact us at legal@vibe2scribe.com.

Updates. Vibe2Scribe may update, modify, or discontinue the Reach extension at any time. Updates are delivered automatically through the Chrome Web Store. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will have 30 days to export your data
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
• Any remaining account balance is non-refundable

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe2Scribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from the use of the Reach browser extension on third-party websites.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
